This page explains what happens when you use Turkey Trip Advisor’s enquiry tools, analytics and AI-assisted Travel Support.

Enquiries by email or WhatsApp
The “Build Your Turkey Idea” form saves your route and contact details and forwards them to our planning team by email through Formspree. A successful submission shows a reference number; it is not a booking or a confirmation of availability. We use the details you provide, such as your name, email, optional WhatsApp number and travel preferences, to answer your request. You can instead open an email or WhatsApp draft and send it yourself. Do not include passport or payment details.
Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics helps us understand page use and improve the website. It may process technical and usage information such as device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, using cookies or similar technologies according to Google’s terms. Route previews, successful form submissions, opened message drafts and contact-link clicks are measured as distinct interactions, not as confirmed bookings. Analytics events include only route length, number of regions, message channel and link area, not your form contact details or itinerary text. Your browser can block or clear cookies.
AI-assisted Travel Support
When you send a Travel Support message, the message and relevant website travel knowledge are sent securely from our server to the OpenAI API to produce a reply. Do not enter passport numbers, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal data. AI replies are planning aids, not booking confirmations, and important details must be checked before travel.
External services and retention
Formspree processes submitted enquiry details to forward them by email. Links to WhatsApp, email, Google and other websites are governed by those providers’ policies. We keep submitted enquiries in the site database only as long as reasonably needed to answer, manage a potential programme and meet legal or operational requirements. Contact us for access, correction or deletion.
